Yes, certain items are non-returnable. Clearance items are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Mystery Boxes also do not qualify for a refund and must be sent back in the completed set received; individual items from Mystery Boxes cannot be returned for exchanges.

Additionally, worn items or those damaged due to normal wear and tear, including stretching, water damage, or plating/rope degradation from exposure to oils, perfumes, soap, or external elements, cannot be returned. It's important to note that items must be in their original condition, free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage, to qualify for returns.
