Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Updated a year ago

We're only able to make adjustments to addresses within a short window after your order is placed, so please double-check before checking out. However, this doesn't apply to orders made through Instagram or Facebook.

Make sure to include all the details, like apartment/suite numbers or gate codes, to help our courier partners get your package to you on time. If the address isn't complete, we can't guarantee delivery of your order.

If you do need to update your address, kindly send us an email at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help, but since we move pretty quickly to get your order out, we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your address change request.
