Yes, international orders are indeed eligible for exchanges. However, please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange. This means that the customer will need to arrange and pay for the shipment back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item(s).

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange. Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
