Please provide your full name, first and last name, and complete shipping address in English/Roman letters. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned, and a refund will not be applicable.

Depending on your country's regulations, you may be asked for a TAX ID number. This is mandatory for private courier deliveries to ensure a smooth customs clearance.

For Taiwan: We request that you provide us your name and address in Chinese characters, as well as your phone number, and the tax number for customs.

For South Korea: We request authentication with your Korean name and tax number for customs clearance purposes.
